With the LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) package, yes — in most jurisdictions across North America. The LSV package meets federal LSV standards (49 CFR 571.500 in the US, FMVSS 500-equivalent in Canada) and adds DOT mirrors, seatbelts, turn signals, horn, and VIN/license plate provisioning.
Eligibility for on-road use varies by state, province, and municipality. We recommend confirming with your local DMV or licensing department before ordering.
Lithium-ion batteries cost more up front but last 8–10 years, charge in 4–6 hours, deliver 60–80 km of range, and weigh half as much.
Lead-acid batteries are proven, cheaper to buy, but only deliver 35–50 km of range, take 8+ hours to charge, and typically need replacement every 3–5 years. For most personal use, lithium pays for itself by year 4.
About 7–9 weeks door-to-door from the day your deposit clears. The first 21 days are your build; the rest is logistics, customs, and last-mile delivery. Hard ETA is locked into the formal quote, with weekly updates during the build.
Everything. We handle freight, insurance, taxes and duties, and last-mile trucking to your address.
You sign for the cart on arrival; that's the only paperwork on your end. No broker, no surprise fees, no pickup runs.
Yes. Our nine signature colors are included in the base price. Anything else — a specific RAL code, PMS color, matte finish, two-tone, custom graphics, even branded body wraps — is an $895 paint upgrade.
Custom logos on seats and floor mats are $295. Fleets of 8+ unlock free brand-color matching.
Every cart ships with a 1-year bumper-to-bumper warranty (extendable to 3 years for $895), plus a 3-year battery warranty on lithium.
We partner with a network of Canadian EV-cart service centers for in-warranty repairs. Common parts (controllers, motors, batteries) stock in Ontario.
No order minimums. Fleet orders unlock full brand customization — logo painted on body panels, color-matched interiors, branded floor mats — plus tiered volume discounts that scale with order size.

The configurator price is the price. The formal quote we send within one business day matches it — including delivery to most North American addresses.
The only thing that can change it is a remote/northern delivery address (we'll surface that during quote review) or specialty customizations we need to price specifically.
We don't run a traditional showroom — that's part of how we keep prices fair. Depending on your location, we may be able to arrange a viewing of a recently-delivered customer cart in your region. We also offer a 7-day satisfaction window from delivery (you cover return shipping if you exercise it).
